What costs are required?

There is a $150 cleaning fee to be split between all attendess equally.

All snacks, drinks and breakfast to be covered by each attendee.

Lunch and dinners as per below will be be $25 per person each day.

If staying all five days $125.

There is also a Vons Grocery in Oakhurst, which has ready meals, if decide not to have catering.

Sleeping

BEDS

There is room for 10 -13 people in beds.

There are five single beds.

Also, there are a number of other beds that can be shared by 2-3 guests. 

There is also room on the floor/

PILLOWS/BLANKETS

It is a chilly time of year, and though blankets are on site, you may wish to bring your own blankets.

There are also pillows, but recommend you bring your own to make sure you have super comfy sleep.

Groceries/Snacks

Oakhurst has a Vons, Starbucks, and other food stores and take out.

There are stores in Bass Lake, which is close. It may be more costly than in other places due to location and fewer options.

There is no need to brings paper plates or cutlery, as it will be supplied.

There are also dishes and cutlery on site.

Meals

Oakhurst is a larger town with fast food and grocery outlets not too far away from Bass Lake, approx 20 mins away.

Please alert let Ann know if there are any food allergies in Whats App.

To make it easier for all attendees, as there is limited fridge and cupboard space, we have booked meal prep.

All lunches and dinners will be prepared by chef.

All breakfasts will be made by each attendee, as people will get up at different times, and may wish to skip breakfast.

Yes, there is wifi, so you can contact family at anytime.

Drinking/Alcohol

It has been requested by some attendees that there be limited alcohol use, as it can be triggering to some.

Suggested Courtesy

It has been suggested that group limit heavy topics and trauma chats to the first day of the trip. Of course, if anyone needs to support during the weekend due to being triggered in anyway, can speak to any sister as necessary.

The ability to spend time alone has also been raised. If someone asks to be left alone, please be respectful...as always :)
